Sending your Ads out

You don’t have to be an Admatic Client for us to do your Copy Clearance or Dispatch.

We’re happy to, so just ask us or 085 7100458 or complete the enquiry form below.

For sending Ad copy to Stations (dispatch) including TV, Press Ads, Radio commercials, Digital, you just upload it to your private Dashboard here on Admatic and that’s it, done. Simple. Or of course, you can WeTransfer it to us too.

Copy Clearance only really applies to TV Advertising (and some Radio).

Copy Clearance is where you need to supply RTE/Virgin/Sky/C4 with a script and a storyboard, to get advance approval to run the commercial. You must – and always before beginning filming to avoid costly production changes (especially regarding all Alcohol advertising which must be cleared separately by ‘Copy Clear’)

Every media owner has the right to refuse your Ad if it doesn’t comply with the ASAI codes or indeed, due to their own position. It takes a little time too, so be aware of air date timing etc.

Ask us – it’s easiest and we can help.

If you’re using a new commercial (or newly edited) TV Commercial – that does require Copy Clearance.

If you are repeating a TV Commercial that has already been broadcast, you should have no problem. Just book and indicate it’s a repeat booking.

Sky, ITV and Channel 4 is cleared by Clearcast UK (despite being for an Irish audience….anyway….but we hear about a new ‘Irish’ division and of course, a new ‘Irish’ cost) and it can be complicated, time consuming (sometimes weeks).

We are happy to do all of that for you and it comes at a relatively small cost. Also, we do all dispatch to stations via Caria and copy rotations.

RTE/Virgin clearance is easier, quicker and more straightforward, thankfully. They meet 9am Tuesdays and Thursdays generally.

Just ask us.

If you’re looking for Production and Media Specs, we recommend as a place to look.

If you need us to design or create your Advertising, see the ‘Creating your Advertising’ tab

Press Ads

You should allow 3+ working days to have your Ad ready before it’s due to appear. If you need size adapts, or a design, ask us. If you’re booking media, it’s all free.

Outdoor Posters

A little more complicated…in that you may have to have posters printed in advance and then allow time for them to be posted on sites. Allow about 2/3 weeks if starting from scratch before campaign cycle start dates. If you’re using a designer, they’ll know or indeed, your Poster printer will be well versed in how to do this for you. Or we can. Digital Outdoor (DOOH) does not require printed posters and is fairly immediate.

Digital Ads

If you need any digital format created ask us, but if your copy is ready now, just send it to us. If you need video we have a video unit ( and just ask us.

If your Radio/TV/VOD commercial is a repeat (previously aired), just upload to your private Dashboard here on Admatic when you register and you can track it or store it there. Yes, for free. Or of course, you can send it to (or by WeTransfer). If you need to create a TV/Radio commercial, ask us, but do note that new (or newly edited) TV/Radio commercials will need copy clearance.

TV Radio Copy Clearance

This applies where it is a new (or newly edited) commercial and our partners ‘Commercial broadcast services’ will make this smooth and pain free to apply for Copy Clearance for all stations, including Clearcast UK (ITV, Sky, Channel 4). Broadcasters are not allowed to show ads that are misleading, harmful, or offensive. Before commercials are shown, they therefore need to be checked against relevant regulatory bodies, which sets out what is and isn’t permitted. There is an Admatic cost and it takes a little time. Allow 2 weeks before airdate, start by submitting a request on the form below and we’ll get in touch.

RTE Copy Clearance meets Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am.

We dispatch TV and Radio to ALL stations local and international. No problem.
