Irish radio stations earned €165m from advertising last year

Irish radio generated advertising revenue of €165.6m last year, up just under 1pc, according to research by an industry body.
There was a strong performance by digital audio, where revenue increased by over 11pc to €8.2m. This showed “continued momentum in online listening and multi-platform consumption”, Radiocentre Ireland said.
